      • Chairship and public representation
      • Garda vetted youth officer

  6. Membership and Voluntary Contributions
    • Discussion and decision on membership structure
    • Setting voluntary contribution levels
  7. Code of Ethics
    • Proposal and adoption of a code of ethics for the cooperative i.e.
      • Who we do and don't accept funding from
      • What is acceptable promotion and what is not
      • Social media usage guidelines

    • Discussion of strategic direction and upcoming projects

Member Attendance

All members are encouraged to attend. This is an important opportunity to participate in key decisions affecting the cooperative.

Officers and Responsibilities

Directors (Legal Compliance): Members will be appointed to fulfill the legal requirement for directors of the CLG.

Operational Responsibilities: Members are invited to volunteer for specific operational roles. These responsibilities are driven by member participation and democratic decision-making. Please consider which area you'd like to contribute to and be prepared to discuss at the meeting.

Financial statements and other relevant documents will be circulated to members prior to the meeting.
